Prograde Nutrition: Is It Better or Just Different?

Prograde Nutrition was started by two fitness professionals, Jim Labadie and Ryan Lee. As their story goes, they wanted to recommend top quality products to their clients, but couldn’t find any that met their stringent criteria. So they decided to start a company to create their own top quality supplements.

Jayson Hunter of Prograde Nutrition They hired Jayson Hunter, a registered dietitian and personal fitness trainer, and gave him free reign to create only the best nutritional supplements supported by science.

You will notice that compared to other companies, Prograde has a relatively small line of nutritional supplements. The company and its creators are committed to sticking just to the basics that they feel people really need.

Prograde’s manufacturing facility is a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) “A” rated facility. It’s extremely difficult to get certified and even tougher to get an “A” rating. What this means for you is that what they say is in the bottle is really IN the bottle – nothing more, nothing less.

Hi Ruth, The reason is it advisable to take Krill oil with a meal is to prevent burping or heartburn which some people experience. (Same goes for fish oil and many other supplements.) So I suggest you give it a try – you’ll be able to figure out in a day or two if taking it before breakfast works for you!

I recentlystarted taking the Krill softgels. I noted that the instructions for taking this say to take it with your first meal. I was just curious about this . . . I usually have an instant breakfast in the morning and that is not what I would really consider by definition as a first “meal” although it is my breakfast. I was thinking maybe this should be taken with food or with something more than a drink and just wanted to get this clarified. Thanks for your help in this regard.
